"I added a youthful driver and vechicle to my policy with a different company. My rate shot up so high I couldnt afford it. I made ONE payment and then I called Chris Peters and talked to Nathaly. She was so very nice, professional and patient. She answered all my questions, helped me get discounts I was eligible for and explained things clearly. "Can hardly ever get them to answer the phone. And I asked them to put me on my own plan seperate from a family member in the household months ago so their driving record wouldnt affect mine and paid extra for this (since I was by myself now) and they totally failed to mention this family member's record would still affect me since they are in the same household even though they aren't driving my car or on my plan. So I paid extra for a long time for nothing and then got kicked out of state farm for the other person's driving record anyway after being a customer for 16 years. Nice."
